Yom HaAtzmaut (Israeli Independence Day) coincides with spring. Celebrate with these Israel-inspired pinwheels, a fun craft that can be adapted for all ages. Plant the finished product in your garden, use them as a centerpiece, or let your kids play with them in celebration of the State of Israel.

Materials

  • White pinwheels (check local crafts stores)
  • Blue glitter blue
  • Blue stickers

Directions

  1. Trace the edges of the pinwheels with blue glitter glue.
  2. Put blue stickers on the stick of the pinwheel.
  3. Keep glitter glue away from younger kids and instead give them stickers to put all over the pinwheel.
