Chocolate Filled Hamantaschen
- Combine all dough ingredients and blend well to make cookie dough. Roll thinly on lightly floured board.
- Combine all filling ingredients except egg in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat until melted. Remove from heat. Blend in egg.
- Cut dough into circles and place one teaspoon of filling in each center. Pinch up sides to form 3-pointed hamantasch.
- Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
